NAFDAC monitors mobile water in Cross River

Coordinator of  the National Agency for Food Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) in Cross River State, Mr Isaac Kolawale, has confirmed that the agency has commenced mobile water monitoring exercise in the state.

Briefing reporters in Calabar, Kolawale said that the exercise was an initiative of the Federal Government which is all about checking and ensuring water quality across the country meet the set standard.
He said that it was important for drinking water to be clear, good, potable and of no negative effect to the human system.
